When capability is not the issue

You may be succeeding because of your brain. And paying for it, too.

  • From the outside: capable, in control.
  • Inside: decisions piling up, adrenaline doing the heavy lifting.
  • One critical comment takes over the week.
  • The meeting replays at 2am.
  • Too direct when naming what others avoid. Then holding back.
  • Missing the unspoken cue, and feeling stupid for it.
  • Results that say enough. A voice that says otherwise.
  • Work keeps working. Health, family and relationships pay the bill.
Why it has not stuck

The problem is not a lack of discipline.

You may have tried better calendars, productivity systems, delegation frameworks or conventional executive coaching. They helped for a while, then became another standard you could not consistently meet.

Most were built around a different brain. They treated the visible problem without addressing capacity, emotional intensity, attention, sensory load, or the effort of reading a room while leading it.

This is not about making you fit a system. It is about building the way you lead, decide and work around how you actually operate.

The work, at executive level

More capacity. Clearer leadership. A life that still has you in it.

01

Capacity

Build sustainable energy, focus and headspace, so high performance no longer comes at the expense of your health or family.

02

Leadership & presence

Move from reacting and bracing for criticism to steadiness under scrutiny, self-trust and decisions made from clarity.

03

Team & organisation

Delegate with confidence, build structures others can rely on and create a culture where people perform and stay.

04

Strategy & results

Step out of the operational noise long enough to think clearly, follow through and move the business or function forward. Clients step into bigger roles and uplevel their careers.

05

Self

Stop performing a version of leadership that drains you. Lead as yourself, and let success finally feel like enough.

06

Life outside work

Create routines, sleep and stress support that hold up, so the people at home get the best of you, not what is left over.

Most clients tell me the biggest shift isn't the systems. It's finally understanding their own brain, and seeing themselves in a different light.

02

A tailored focus

We start with what is draining your capacity now, then shape the work around your leadership context, brain and goals.

03

Three to six months

We work online over 3 to 6 months, turning insight into decisions, structures and habits that hold up in real life.

This is for you if

You are ready to make success more sustainable.

  • You are a leader, executive, senior manager or founder with ADHD, autism or both.
  • You are diagnosed, self-identified or still working out what fits.
  • You want practical change without having to disclose at work.
  • You are prepared to look beyond work, because sleep, stress, routines and relationships affect how you lead.
This is not for you if

You want someone else to fix the surface.

  • You are looking only for a new productivity system.
  • You want advice without reflection, experimentation or responsibility for change.

About Jenni Glad

I understand the neurodivergent brain inside out.

I have spent more than 12 years coaching leaders and founders worldwide, from CEOs and senior executives to people at the beginning of building something meaningful.

I am a Clarity Coach and Solution-Oriented ADHD and Autism Practitioner, as well as a speaker and educator. I am also neurodivergent myself. That lived experience informs the questions I ask, without ever making your experience the same as mine.

Based in Mallorca, Spain, I work online internationally in English and Finnish.

For organisations

Keep a valuable leader performing, growing and well.

A high-performing leader may need more than standard leadership development, especially when ADHD or autism is part of the picture. The right support can protect capacity, strengthen leadership impact and reduce the risk of losing a key person to burnout.

The coaching is confidential and tailored to the individual. We establish clear goals and boundaries at the start, including what may be shared with the sponsoring organisation and what remains private.

Company sponsorship and invoicing are available.

Client perspectives

In their words.

"Before coaching, I felt like I was always behind, disorganised and overwhelmed. I feel more in control of my day-to-day life, have a clear career path, and I'm way less stressed. Everything we did felt doable, and she always met me where I was." Coaching client
"It was often when I stepped out of my comfort zone, with Jenni's support, that I made the biggest changes. She has the ability to ask the right questions and challenge unhelpful beliefs." Coaching client
"Jenni doesn't just ask the predictable formula coaching questions. She has an acute ability to identify the obstacles and challenge you on them, forcing you to disrupt and question your habitual thinking patterns. She does it in a way that isn't threatening but thought-provoking and encouraging, and provides a safe environment to explore what could be possible." Coaching client
Questions

Before we talk.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. I work with leaders who are diagnosed, self-identify, or suspect they may have ADHD, autism or both. We focus on what is happening now and what will help you lead and live more sustainably.

Is our work confidential?

Yes. Our conversations are confidential. If your organisation sponsors the coaching, we agree clear boundaries from the outset. I do not report the content of our conversations back to your employer.

Can my company pay?

Yes. Company sponsorship and invoicing are available. The investment and practical arrangements are discussed on the discovery call.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and practical. We work on how you lead, decide, communicate and manage your capacity. It is not therapy or medical treatment, and it does not replace support from a qualified healthcare professional when that is needed.

How is this different from regular executive coaching?

Conventional coaching often assumes consistent energy, attention and access to standard productivity tools. This work starts with how your brain actually operates, while keeping leadership, organisational impact and results firmly in view.

I'm doing fine. Do I really need this?

Perhaps not. Many successful leaders have built a life that works around their brain. But when the system depends on adrenaline, total control, or someone else quietly carrying the load, change can expose its limits. Coaching gives you space to strengthen what is working before the cost rises further.

I lead neurodivergent people. Where do I start?

Leadership training can be a useful starting point. If you are also neurodivergent, 1:1 coaching is often the place to begin. It helps you understand your own patterns first, so you can lead others with more consistency and less friction.
