About FocusedMind
FocusedMind grew from seeing the same pattern from both sides: organisations struggling to understand and retain neurodivergent talent, while neurodivergent professionals often work twice as hard to fit systems that weren't designed for them.
The approach combines professional coaching expertise, workplace experience and lived understanding of neurodivergence to help organisations and individuals find practical ways forward.
The focus is on what makes a difference in everyday working life: better communication, more effective leadership, greater understanding, sustainable performance and workplaces where people can contribute without having to spend their energy trying to fit in.
