Brilliant Minds:
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you buy a place on Brilliant Minds, an 8-week online group coaching program. Please read them before you pay. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Who we are
Brilliant Minds is provided by Jenni Glad, trading as FocusedMind ("we", "us", "I"), a self-employed professional registered in Spain.
NIF: EY9061930J
Business address: Placa Espanya 2, 07014 Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Email: hello@focusedmind.co
Website: focusedmind.co
You ("you", "the participant") must be 18 or over to join.
2. What the program is
Brilliant Minds is an 8-week online group coaching program for neurodivergent women. It is educational and coaching-based. It includes:
8 live group sessions on video call, held weekly on Wednesdays at 9:00 or 15:30 CET (Central European Time). You may choose either slot each week.
Recordings of the live sessions
Worksheets, regulation audios and other program materials
Digital access to the Clarity Planner
Access to a private online community space between sessions
Any bonuses stated on the sales page at the time you buy
The first cohort starts on Wednesday 4 November 2026 with the 9:00 session. In the first week only, the afternoon session takes place on Thursday 5 November 2026 at 15:30 CET instead of Wednesday. From week 2, both slots run on Wednesdays. The final session takes place in the second week of January 2027. Exact dates are shared on joining. Session times are in CET; you are responsible for checking the time in your own time zone.
We may adjust the order or content of sessions to serve the group better, as long as the overall program you bought stays substantially the same.
3. Not therapy, not medical or clinical care
This section matters. Please read it carefully.
By joining Brilliant Minds you understand and agree that:
The program is coaching and education only. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, hypnotherapy or any other clinical or health service.
We do not diagnose, assess or treat ADHD, autism or any other medical, psychological or psychiatric condition. Any assessment or questionnaire used in the program is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical or diagnostic test.
Nothing in the program is medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice. Bonus content (for example on nutrition or AI tools) is general information only.
The program does not replace support from your doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist or other healthcare professional. Do not stop, change or start any medication or treatment based on anything in the program. Speak to your healthcare provider first.
You are responsible for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing, and for the decisions and actions you take during and after the program.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or are at risk of harming yourself, the program is not the right support. Contact your local emergency services (112 in Spain and the EU) or a crisis line in your country straight away.
If you are currently receiving mental health treatment, we recommend telling your provider that you are joining a coaching program.
We may, acting reasonably, suggest that a participant seek professional support, or end their participation if the group setting is not safe or suitable for them (see section 9).
At checkout you will be asked to tick a box confirming that you have read and accept this section.
4. No guaranteed results
Coaching works through your own effort and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, health change or change in work or life. Any examples or testimonials shared are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.
5. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page at the time you buy, in euros, including any VAT that applies.
You can pay in full, or by instalment plan where offered (for example 2 monthly payments).
Instalment plans are a commitment to pay the full price. Choosing to pay in instalments does not let you cancel later payments, except under your legal right of withdrawal in section 6.
If an instalment payment fails, Stripe will retry it automatically. If it still cannot be collected, we may pause your access until it is paid.
Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
6. Refund policy
Strictly no refunds. All payments are non-refundable, including instalment payments, except where the law requires a refund as set out below. There is no trial period and no satisfaction guarantee.
6.1 Legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, Spanish and EU law gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of buying, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email hello@focusedmind.co with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model form in the appendix but you don't have to.
6.2 If the program starts within your 14 days
Because the program may start, and digital materials are made available, within your 14-day period, at checkout you will be asked to:
Expressly request that your access and the service start straight away, and
Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content (recordings, Clarity Planner, worksheets, audios) once access to it begins, and that if you cancel the service within 14 days you will pay for the part already provided.
If you cancel within 14 days after the program has begun, we will refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the live sessions already held (each session counts as 1/8 of the price) and for any digital content you have already accessed.
Once the full service has been provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
6.3 After 14 days
After the 14-day period, no refunds are given, including for sessions you miss, materials you do not use, or if you decide to stop part way through. This does not affect your rights if we fail to provide what you paid for.
6.4 How refunds are paid
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
7. Missed sessions, recordings and access
If you miss your usual session, you may join the other time slot that week. Recordings are also available.
Missed live sessions are not refunded or rescheduled.
Access to the recordings and all program materials ends 2 weeks after the final session. The community space closes at the same time.
Bonus 1:1 sessions included with your purchase must be booked and used within the program period. Unused bonus sessions have no cash value and are not refunded. If you need to reschedule a 1:1, give at least 24 hours' notice; a session missed without notice counts as used.
8. Recording and privacy in the group
Live sessions are recorded so participants can watch them back. Recordings are shared only with participants of your cohort and are not published.
You can keep your camera off and use a first name or nickname if you prefer. Anything you say in the chat or out loud may appear in the recording.
Confidentiality: you agree to keep what other participants share private. Do not record, screenshot, copy or share sessions, community posts or anything about other participants.
We do not use anything you share in sessions or the community in marketing without your written permission.
We are not responsible for what other participants do, but we will act if this agreement is broken.
9. Group guidelines
To keep the space safe and useful for everyone, you agree to:
Treat others with respect and kindness
Not sell, promote or advertise your own or anyone else's products or services in the sessions or community, and not approach other participants privately (by direct message, email, social media or any other way) with offers, sales pitches or recruitment, during or after the program
Not give other participants medical or clinical advice
Not share discriminatory, abusive or harmful content
If a participant seriously or repeatedly breaks these guidelines, or these terms, we may remove them from the program. In that case a pro-rata refund for sessions not yet held may be given at our discretion, unless the removal was due to serious misconduct.
10. Intellectual property
All program content (including session content, recordings, worksheets, audios, the Clarity Planner, assessments, frameworks and the Regulate, Rewire, Redesign method) belongs to Jenni Glad / FocusedMind. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own development. You may not copy, resell, share, teach, adapt for commercial use or publish it, or share your login or access with anyone else.
11. Changes and cancellation by us
If we need to reschedule a live session (for example due to illness or technical problems), we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new date or a recording.
If we cannot run the program at all, you will receive a full refund for anything not delivered.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or platform outages.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
12. Technology
You need a reliable internet connection and a device that can run the platforms we use (such as Zoom, Systeme.io and the community platform). You are responsible for your own equipment and connection. We are not responsible for issues with third-party platforms, but we will help where we can.
13. Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make or actions you take based on the program.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Personal data
We process your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's data protection law (LOPDGDD). Details of what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights are in our Privacy Policy at focusedmind.co.
Any personal or health information you choose to share in sessions or forms is used only to deliver the program and is not shared with third parties except the platforms needed to run it.
15. Complaints
If something isn't right, contact us first at hello@focusedmind.co and we will aim to reply within 7 working days. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the consumer authority where you live. In the Balearic Islands this is the Dirección General de Consumo del Govern de les Illes Balears; elsewhere in Spain your regional consumer office; in other EU countries your national consumer centre (ECC network).
16. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country or of Spain.
These terms are written in English. If translated, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law.
